MENTAL STRENGTH TRAINING ASSESSMENT

There are two sides to every team member, employee, and management staff:

  1. Their physical job performance.  The nuts and bolts of their responsibilities.  Work related tasks and contributions
  2. Their mental engagement with the job.  Their sense of urgency and sincere effort to be a positive force on the team.

An employee's physical job performance includes level of skill, training and performance. The mental side is equally important. We MUST learn to handle adversity, frustration and the ever present "inner voice". The VAST majority only work on their physical job performance as it pertains to their work-related tasks, essentially making them HALF as competitive as they could be.

THIS IS NOT A TEST but rather an a assessment of how and why emplyees think the way they do.  There are NO right or wrong answers, honesty is required and will be a springboard for them to improve how they think when they work.  Their sense of urgency, their commitment and their overall work engagement will improve.
