Mental Strength Training – Fridays

Players will take an assessment that measures

  1. Confidence
  2. Handling Failure
  3. Commitment
  4. Attitude

The results will generate a conversation with Coach McGannon that weaves in mental strength training principles, anecdotes to help the player understand how to compete and lastly, actual TOOLS will be shared as players prepare to and then compete. (Duding routines, visualization, clearing your head ti compete)
